Sr. Unix Systems Administrator (Oahu, HI)
Location: Honolulu, HI
Salary: $85,000+
Qualifications:
• 5+ years Unix Linux system administration experience:
• Maintaining large-scale, robust
Internet service architectures including DNS, BIND, email (POP3, IMAP, SMTP),
Network Monitoring using SNMP, VoIP, websites, security.
• Web development using Apache, PHP, and MySQL;
• Programming in Perl, Python, PHP, sh, and C;
• Writing programs to automate tasks and to create public- and internal-facing
services;
• FreeBSD, Ubuntu or Debian Linux, Red Hat or CentOS Linux, and Solaris;
• Debugging Internet protocols with tools such as tcpdump, ngrep, tshark, and
sipsak;
• Configure Cisco routers & switches;
• Experience with VoIP technologies include ser and Asterisk;
• Experience writing new probes for Nagios and Cacti;
• Manage OpenLDAP, RADIUS, NFS, NTP, FTP, SSL certificates.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Compensation Information:
· $80,000 - $85,000 / year + full benefits, vacation, holidays
