Sales Engineer
Location: Reston, VA
Salary: 75-85K+ Bonus/Commission
Leading telecommunications and managed services infrastructure provider is seeking, IMMEDIATELY, a sales engineer with experience in telecommunications, telecom, IP, IP-VPN, MPLS, data center, co-location, cloud computing solutions infrastructure selling to CIO, VP of IT, Director of Network Infrastructure, and other MIS professionals.
Job Description:
To assist out sales teams as a Sales Engineer, expanding our telecommunications, network, data center, and infrastructure business presence in the Los Angeles, California area.
Background Qualifications:
- 5+ years outside sales engineering experience in IT, Telecom, Data Center, Cloud-based solutions
- Presenting at the MIS, Director, VP, and C-level
- Managed Services, firewalls, networking, servers (Windows, Linux, Solaris, etc), NAS/SAN Storage solutions.
- SME in Data Center, Construction, Electrical Engineering, HVAC requirements, servers, IP-VPN, MPLS, and other network architecture and engineering
- RBOC, ILEC, CLEC or VAR experience
- Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCDP or CCNP desired
- Bachelor’s degree
Compensation Information:
- Competitive compensation includes base salary in the 75-85K range, 100K+ earning potential, long-term career growth, excellent benefits
