Help Desk / Technical Support

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Salary: $30,000+

This is an opportunity to start as a Help Desk / Technical Support Administrator with the possibility of moving into Customer Service, Provisioning, or in a Network Engineer role.

Background Qualifications:

• 2+ years IT and Help Desk administrative experience, related to Telecommunications, Network Engineer, Telephony, Hardware, Software, Routers, Servers, IP Address, VoIP, Phone Systems, PBX, and Network protocols (Fiber, DSL, Internet, IP, VoIP, IP/VPN, LAN, WAN), T-1, OC-12, DS3, Active Directory, IP Config)
• Work in a Call Center / Help Desk environment. Strong customer service and phone skills.
• AA -- Associates Degree, minimum, preferably in Computer Science or IT

• Full Time / Regular position
