Cloud Solutions Engineer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $100,000+
Qualifications:
• 7+ years Network Engineer, Network Engineering, SaaS, Data Center, Cloud Computing Infrastructure
● Linux / Unix Systems Administration (Systems Administrator / Sys Admin experience) RHEL preferred
● Windows System Administrator
● Agile release cycle
• Familiar with large-scale, robust Internet service architectures including DNS, BIND, email (POP3, IMAP, SMTP), Network Monitoring using SNMP, VoIP, routing protocol, websites, security.
● Network OSI layer including basic TCP/UDP
• Programming in Perl, Python, PHP, sh, OR C / C++;
● Solid understanding of virtualization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Desired but not required:
● Other experience desired but not required: Apache, MySQL, CentOS, Ubuntu, PHP, Security, Windows Active Directory and Domain Controller, Windows SysPrep, shell scripting, OVF, VMDK, Xen, RAID, OSPF/ISIS/BGP routing protocol
• Writing programs to automate tasks and to create
public- and internal-facing services;
• FreeBSD, Ubuntu or Debian Linux, Red Hat or CentOS Linux, and Solaris;
• Debugging Internet protocols with tools such as tcpdump, ngrep, tshark, and
sipsak;
• Configure Cisco routers & switches;
• Experience with VoIP technologies include ser and Asterisk;
• Experience writing new probes for Nagios and Cacti;
● Multiple hypervisor administration
• Manage OpenLDAP, RADIUS, NFS, NTP, FTP, SSL certificates.
● Master’s degree
Compensation Information:
· $100K+ plus full benefits, vacation, holidays
